On April 6, Bravo's Top Chef Masters is officially back! This year the show features L.A. contestant Mary Sue Milliken, the partner in culinary crime of previous contestant Susan Feniger. Border Grill Santa Monica has $3/tacos and $4/Border margaritas, while the downtown L.A. location has $3/tacos and $4.50/Border margaritas. I'm not clear on the reason for $0.50 downtown surcharge, but whatever floats their tequila boat...
