It makes really great crisp, waffles without any sticking. There are various temperature settings to please the "well done" crowd. The only thing I don't love is a really obnoxious "beep" (more like an alarm) when it comes to temperature. Otherwise, it's great!

ChristieChristie Bishophttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11231411663217241269noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6602053617939392843.post-50728267501293407202010-02-22T14:43:10.166-08:002010-02-22T14:43:10.166-08:00Christie,

It's incredible, not to mention oozing with melted butter. If you separate the egg whites out and beat them to a stiff peak and then fold that into the batter the waffles are fluffy and light as air. PS I love the blog and am so glad that Bryan is doing well (my husband got me listening to the Adam Carolla show a few years back).Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07240847072927651983noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6602053617939392843.post-86331086252133986692010-02-21T15:51:38.460-08:002010-02-21T15:51:38.460-08:00Yum... we think alike.
