Haven't tried it in chili yet, that is just wickedly tempting though.Chrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14861482393432330011noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6602053617939392843.post-72257851383026358282010-01-26T22:04:47.548-08:002010-01-26T22:04:47.548-08:00Thanks guys for the comments!

The waiter called it their secret ingredient... and seemed annoyed when I identified it so readily. That chili looks awesome as chipotle is high on my list of favorites too. Can't wait to give it a try.

Thanks!Jaynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6602053617939392843.post-70487369499583133492010-01-26T21:21:36.072-08:002010-01-26T21:21:36.072-08:00I make a mean spicy sausage/beef chili. It involves beef stock, tomato paste, oatmeal, equal parts ground beef and spicy ground sausage, 4 habaneros, 4 Thai chili, and a couple jalapeno peppers all finely chopped. It's a slow cooker recipe and nice and hot. Great in a bowl with some shredded cheddar or colby over it, or as a 3-way over pasta.

You haven't lived until you've cooked with habaneros.Edible Intelligencehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06407476500631094935noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6602053617939392843.post-60181256954436038592010-01-26T21:18:05.169-08:002010-01-26T21:18:05.169-08:00Look at all these spices.
